Children’s Intro to Sew/Sewing Machine 101

Regular price $100.00 $0.00 Unit price per

In our small group classes we are teaching the children how to properly operate the sewing machine.  The students will learn how to wind a bobbin and thread the machine.  They will learn what the functions are on the sewing machines and the tools needed to sew.  The students will sew samples of the various stitches and then they will apply the skills they’ve learned to two projects- a pin cushion and a drawstring bag.  All materials are included in the class fee $100

The class meets once for 3 hours (with a break) OR twice, 90 minutes each session.  Students must be age 7 or older

We encourage the students to bring their own machine (if they have one).  If not the students will sew on our classroom machines.

*We can only reschedule within 48 hours or more prior to the start time of the class.  We cannot refund or credit due to no-shows.  If something comes up that prevents the child from attending, please contact us as soon as possible.  623.398.6235
